Alex trained at East15 Acting School and works professionally as an actor whilst leading workshops and theatre projects across the East Midlands.
He particularly likes a principle from Jacques Lecoq called ‘Le Jeu’, creating a sense of play in his projects allowing people to express themselves with freedom and confidence.
