Iconic Music Drama and Dance is an award-winning, Leicester-based performing arts social enterprise. Founded in 2012 it has a growing network of artists, performers, venues and delivery partners across the UK.
Its main aim is to shine the spotlight on social issues through the medium of the performing arts – raising awareness while at the same time providing opportunities for them to showcase their talent and connect with other artists, industry professionals and venues.
Iconic’s focus is on social purpose, health and wellbeing, employability and community engagement, its key objectives being to promote the power and benefits of the performing arts.

Employability: to develop skills, confidence, and understanding of the performing arts industry to help artists and performers progress more successfully and fulfil their ambitions.
